Pivot sends SMS text messages to individuals who provide their mobile phone number and expressly opt in, for example by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our Site. Messages relate to appointment reminders, consultation scheduling, responses to inquiries, and updates regarding your engagement with our Services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that messages you. After you send "STOP," we will send you one SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
